The Otot tablet is a modified Teleport to house tablet that is created by using a chisel on a normal tablet. It teleports the caster to Otot on Mazcab, and can only be made once a player has 1,750 reputation on Mazcab and completed the Love Story quest. It cannot be used if the player carries any Goebie supplies.
