A passing bracelet is an item that can be used to teleport to various parts of the City of Um, provided the player has completed the Necromancy! quest. It is created by enchanting a moonstone bracelet using the Magic spell Lvl-5 Enchant. It has unlimited charges, similar to the Ring of Fortune.

Teleports

The passing bracelet has three separate teleport locations.

Each is useful for a different activity:

• The Hanging Gardens feature a mushroom patch (available with level 80 Necromancy)
• The Haunt on the Hill features the dark portal for crafting necrotic runes.
• The Reflection Pool features the City of Um troll cave and the ghostly sole spot for fishing training.
