The extreme dominion medallion is an upgraded version of the Super dominion medallion that is unlocked by killing 1,600 monsters in rumble mode in the Dominion Tower. Once this condition is met, the super dominion medallion is automatically upgraded into the extreme dominion medallion for free.

The medallion offers a universal accuracy buff of +1% that works in both PvM and PvP. This percentage is of the total accuracy of items worn and is calculated after your attack rating has been worked out.

The medallion provides six teleports a day to the Dominion Tower and recharges daily.

When worn inside the tower, the medallion boosts Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, and Magic levels by up to 10.

If the extreme dominion medallion is lost, players must pay 700,000 coins to the Strange face to obtain another one.
