Sithaph is a Necrosyrte Dragonkin who appeared in final cutscene after completing the quest While Guthix Sleeps.
During Ritual of the Mahjarrat, he, along with Sakirth and Strisath, attempt to enact vengeance on Lucien, the False User, but is defeated while defending the Stone of Jas from the Mahjarrat. Sithaph is shown taking the lead in While Guthix Sleeps and Ritual of the Mahjarrat. However, Sakirth is referred to as the 'Syrtes Elder' in Desperate Measures, and Strisath refers to himself as leader in Hero's Welcome - though Sithaph was not present.
