Talsar is an elderly Fremennik seer whose homeland is Rellekka.

He is located in the Fremennik camp at Daemonheim, near Wiglaf. He offers information on the sinkholes to all players, and will only tell members the time until the next one and where it is. He can also teleport members there if there are 5 minutes or less until it appears. This teleport can be used three times a day, resetting at midnight UTC.
