Bryll Thoksdottir is the younger sister of the Fremennik Marmaros and Thok. Multiple letters found while exploring Daemonheim are addressed to her, though the location of their discovery means that they never reached her. She acts as the Dungeoneering skill expert in Taverley.

She also runs several shops relating to Elite Dungeons. She runs the Elite Dungeon Reward Shop next to Marmaros in Daemonheim, the Elite Dungeon Aminishi Reward Shop in Aminishi, and the Dragonkin Laboratory Reward Shop at the entrance to the Dragonkin Laboratory in the Wilderness.
