Skulgrimen runs Skulgrimen's Battle Gear shop in Rellekka. He is involved in The Fremennik Trials. After completing The Fremennik Trials, he can make rock-shell armour from giant rock crab shells and dagannoth hides. He also sells a range of helms and weapons.

He is also one of Doric's customers in Task 6 of Doric and Boric tasks that follow the What's Mine is Yours quest, requiring 1 Orikalkum warhammer + 3, which gives Smithing experience and charges for the gofannon amulet.

After completion of the hard fremennik tasks, Skulgrimen, will exchange suqah hide for suqah teeth at a 1:1 ratio.
