Kaleb Paramaya is the man who runs the Paramaya Inn in Shilo Village. Players can buy Paramaya tickets from him to gain access to the dormitory to sleep. However, as players do not need to sleep, this is a purely aesthetic feature. He also gives the rewards for completing medium Karamja achievements including the Karamja gloves 2. The player is required to bring the Karamja gloves 1 for Kaleb to upgrade them.

• Kaleb and the dormitory access that he provides are holdovers from RuneScape Classic, where players were regularly required to sleep in beds or sleeping bags due to the Fatigue mechanic.
