The travelling elf appeared when the portal in Lumbridge appeared larger. He was sent to observe it but sent his companion home when he saw its danger. He thinks it will lead to a plane of horrors, but hopes it might signal the return of a hero, such as King Baxtorian. He is missing, but like all of the other "Portal NPCs" he is alive, with perhaps minor injuries.
