Trevelian Crwys is the tool elf for the mushroom patch in Isafdar. He is a member of the Crwys Clan.

Usage of the mushroom patch requires completion of the medium Tirannwn achievements. If you have not yet completed the achievements and attempt to use the mushroom patch, Trevelian alerts you that you must show your dedication to the elves by completing these achievements to be able to use the mushroom patch. After completing the achievements, Trevelian permits you to use the mushroom patch.
