The Zamorakian herbalist was one of the Lumbridge civilians whose home was destroyed in the opening cataclysm of the Battle of Lumbridge. She lived on the ground floor^[UK]1^st floor^[US] of the Lumbridge Refugee Shelter with her husband and her son. Like the Saradominist dependents upstairs, she was non-interactive.

The Zamorakians and the Saradominist Priest's family living on the 1^st floor^[UK]2^nd floor^[US] did not get along, viewing each other with suspicion and hatred, but tolerated each others' presence due to their respect for the duke.

She and her family later lived at the house above the Thieves' Guild and could be interacted with. She was previously known as Zamorakian herbalist's wife.

At some point in time, the Zamorakian herbalist and her family moved away from Lumbridge due to "nefarious rustlings in their cellar."
