Haf Cadarn is an elf in Prifddinas that owns Haf's Battlestaves. She is located in the Cadarn district, near the Elven grimoire. She is a member of the Cadarn Clan. Her stock consists of 16 battlestaves, which are sold for 7,000 coins each.

• Haf is a Welsh given name meaning "Summer" and is pronounced "Hav".
• If pronounced as an English word rather than as a Welsh word, her name rhymes with Zaff, her counterpart in Varrock, and Naff, Zaff's assistant.
• Prior to 5 December 2015, she sold 20 battlestaves but restocked every 24 hours. Now she sells 16 battlestaves but restocks at 00:00 UTC every day instead.
• During the sixth Winter Weekend of 2015 (running into 2016), Haf sold 31 battlestaves each day while all other stocks doubled. It is unknown if this was a glitch.
