Eoin Ithell is an elven child in the lodge of Lletya. He is a member of the Ithell Clan. He can easily be found in Lletya square playing tag with his sister, Iona. When talked to, he will say that he cannot stop to talk or else Iona will catch him. He plays tag with Iona commonly. According to his mother, Mawrth, he is 38 years old, which is a normal child's age for elves, as elves live longer and age slower than humans.
