Lucky Karil's skirt is a lucky variant of Karil's skirt. It contributes to the set effect and degrades as the normal version does. However, it cannot be augmented.

Despite it being reclaimable at Diango, if lost in the Wilderness whether skulled or not, it cannot be reclaimed.

Set bonus

Karil the Tainted's equipment has a set bonus called Karil's Taint:

(4) Your ranged attacks have a chance to lower the target's Magic level.

When wearing an amulet of the forsaken and a non-golden version of the set, the set additionally applies a debuff to the opponent which reduces magic damage by 10% upon activation.

The two-handed crossbow is a part of the set but the pistol crossbows are not. This effect works in both player killing and against regular monsters.

Repair cost

Barrows equipment degrades as it is used. Equipment received from Barrows is fully repaired and can be used for 100,000 charges of combat until it degrades completely and requires repair before it can be used again; it does not suffer in performance as it degrades from fully repaired to fully degraded. The remaining charges of Barrows equipment can be checked by right-clicking it and selecting "check charges". Additionally, Barrows equipment may only be traded if fully repaired or fully degraded. Items lose 20% charge if reclaimed from a gravestone after dying.

There are two ways to repair Barrows armour. Players can talk to any of the characters listed below and they will repair the items for a price, or repair the pieces themselves using an armour stand in any player-owned house for a reduced cost based on their Smithing level. The equipment can be repaired at any stage, and the cost will be adjusted according to how much it has degraded. The repair costs below are as if the equipment has fully degraded.

Bob—the axe seller in Lumbridge
Tindel Marchant—the weapon and armour repairman at Port Khazard
Dunstan—the smith in Burthorpe
Squire—in the workshop area of the Void Knights' Outpost

Furthermore, main-hand Barrows weapons cost 200,000 coins to fully repair at a character mentioned above, which can be reduced down to 100,000 coins at 99 Smithing. Off-hand Barrows weapons cost 100,000 coins, reducible down to 50,000 coins at 99 Smithing, respectively.
