Golden Akrisae the Doomed's equipment is a set of hybrid combat equipment that is a rare prize obtainable from Balthazar's Bargain Barrel during October 2015. It acts exactly like the normal version but is golden in colour and can be stored in the armour case.

The Golden Akrisae the Doomed set was released again in 2017, this time it was available to win in the main raffle on Saturdays and Sundays, from 1 September 2017 until 2 October 2017. 500 sets were available on both Saturdays and Sundays in addition to 1,000 golden sets each of Guthans, Ahrims, and Veracs on Saturdays and 1,000 golden sets each of Torags, Dharoks, and Karils on Sundays.

This armour has a set effect called Doom that may be activated when all pieces of Akrisae's equipment are worn. The effect causes successful attacks to have at sapping the target's prayer points whilst boosting your own.

The full set can be stored in an armour case in the costume room of a player-owned house. It requires the Ritual of the Mahjarrat quest to wear.

Repair[edit | edit source]

Barrows equipment degrades as it is used. Equipment received from the Barrows minigame is fully repaired and can be used for 100,000 charges of combat until it degrades completely and requires repair before it can be used again; it does not suffer in performance as it degrades from fully repaired to fully degraded. The remaining charges of Barrows equipment can be checked by right-clicking it and selecting 'check-charge'. Additionally, Barrows equipment may only be traded if fully repaired or fully degraded. Items lose 20% charge if reclaimed from a gravestone after dying.

There are two ways to repair Barrows armour. Players can talk to any of the NPCs listed below and they will repair the items for a price, or repair the pieces themselves using an armour stand in any player-owned house for a reduced cost based on their Smithing level. The equipment can be repaired at any stage, and the cost will be adjusted according to how much it has degraded. The repair costs below are as if the equipment has fully degraded.

The following NPCs can repair the armour:

The price is exactly 50% when operating a Smithing cape.
