Lumbridge Sheep is one of the Non-player characters contacted with the Lunar spell NPC Contact using the 'Random' selection. You can only use this spell to contact the sheep if you've completed Dream Mentor. It is a sheep in Lumbridge found in Farmer Freds field, who you need to collect some wool for during the Sheep Shearer miniquest.
