Urluk is an Ugthanatos located in the Merchant district of Menaphos. He can award players the Palapa Cape for completing a number of tasks within the city and can also inform them of where City Quests are available, as well as who they are currently aiding in a City Quest. He has an amulet of humanspeak.

Players can unlock the title, Sandy [Name], by speaking with Urluk after completing the requirements for that title.
