Blast diffusion boots detail.png

Blast diffusion boots are tier 80 magic power boots dropped by Vile blooms on Anachronia. Though the boots state that it halves the duration needed to perform a full charge with the Detonate ability (which would turn the normally 3.6 second charge to 1.8 seconds), it instead doubles the charges gained from Detonate, meaning that a full charge is ready in 2.4 seconds. This effectively reduces Detonate's full charge time by 33.33%.

This item degrades to a broken, repairable state over 60,000 charges of combat. The base repair cost is 500,000 coins for a full repair, which is scaled to how damaged it is. It can be repaired by a Repair NPC, or for cheaper on an armour stand/whetstone.

Repair cost[edit | edit source]

The base repair cost of the Blast diffusion boots when completely degraded to 0.0% item charge is 500,000 coins. It can be repaired by:

Alternatively, it can be repaired on an armour stand in a player-owned house, or a whetstone device anywhere. This provides a discount of 0.5% per Smithing level (including boosts).

If it is only partially degraded, then the cost of a full repair is multiplied by the percentage of item charge that needs to be repaired to produce the current repair cost.
