A spirit prayer pig is a defensive familiar summoned by a prayer pig pouch. The familiar comes in three tiers.

At tier one, the familiar is a combat level 17. At tier two, the familiar is a combat level 37. At tier three, the familiar is a combat level 67. It requires level 14 Summoning to be summoned.

Spirit Prayer pigs have a right-click option "Restore prayer", which restores some of the player's prayer points from those stored in the pig. The Hide familiar options setting must be off for "Restore prayer" to be accessible. The pig starts out with a certain number of points, depending on the tier. Once the points are drained, it will regenerate points every 120 seconds until it reaches its initial points again. For the tier 3 pig, the maximum prayer points that can be restored will be $840 + (31 * 210) = 7, 350$ .

Completion of the quest Bringing Home the Bacon is required to summon a spirit prayer pig.

Spirit prayer pig pouches can be created in the machine under Eli's farm. Each tier increases the usefulness of the prayer pig pouch. To increase the tier of the pigs, one must upgrade the machine in the storm cellar. Each tier uses the same pouch. Upgrading the machine after obtaining a pouch still summons the higher-tiered familiar.

Tier two requires level 44 Summoning, Construction, Crafting as well as 3 oak planks, 2 steel bars, and 3 nails of any type. Tier three requires level 84 Summoning, Construction, Crafting as well as 3 teak planks, 2 mithril bars, and 3 nails of any type. These requirements cannot be boosted.

Trivia

All spirit pig familiars use the same lines of overhead dialogue as the minotaur familiars. This is probably an oversight, as spirit pigs do not speak in the common tongue and do not have the horns referred to in the dialogue.
