Susceptibility

Susceptibility is a property of monsters that determines if certain special effects work on them.
It's separate from weakness - weaknesses affect the affinities of the monster, where susceptibility just determines if an effect is active. Note that as Silverlight and Darklight affect affinity, they are treated as a weakness, even though they confer additional effects like a susceptibility.
Susceptibilities[edit | edit source]
- Be aware of the difference between hit chance and accuracy - accuracy is the statistic on the player, hit chance is the final calculated value. Hit chance additions are generally much more potent.
- Damage increases generally apply to the total damage statistic of the player, so can be combined with potions and power armour (and/or a powerful off-hand weapon, if one-handed) for more potency.
- See each susceptibility for more information about exactly what it does.
