Holy scarabs are Summoning familiars which passively reduces Prayer point drain by 50%. Holy scarabs also have a special move called Bone Conjure, which generates a random bone in the player's backpack.

Holy scarab pouch[edit | edit source]

A holy scarab pouch is made by using a pouch on an obelisk with 154 spirit shards, a green charm, and 5 scarab shells in the inventory and level 80 Summoning. Making the pouch earns 283.4 Summoning experience. Using the pouch to summon a holy scarab gains 4 experience and costs 80 Summoning points. Each pouch summons a holy scarab which stays alive for 63 minutes before needing to be re-summoned.

A holy scarab scroll (Bone Conjure) enables the use of the Bone Conjure special move for a holy scarab. Bone Conjure will conjure a set of random bones into the player's backpack, costing 15 special move points. If the backpack is full, the bones are automatically dropped. Using the pouch on a Summoning obelisk creates 10 scrolls.

The following bones are possible to be obtained using the special move.
