Jaraah was of the two surgeons at the Duel Arena before Het's Oasis. He can now be found in a building in north Al Kharid with Surgeon General Tafani. He is called The Butcher because he is known for using considerably gory methods when performing operations. Jaraah, along with Surgeon General Tafani, are able to heal players equal to 20 + 20% of max LP each time, e.g. healing 1100 if you have 5400 max LP, for no cost, but cannot cure poison. Players must right-click (and choose "Heal" from the Choose Option menu) or talk to these NPCs to benefit from this.
Jaraah is the answer to the Treasure Trails anagram clue "AHA JAR".
