The Robe Store owner sells Mystic equipment in the Wizards' Guild through the Mystic Robes store. He is located on the 1^st floor^[UK]2^nd floor^[US] of the guild, next to the Magic Store owner. He sells the Magic cape and hood for 99,000 coins (or at 'half price' of 92,000 coins while wearing the ring of charos (a) or it's imbued version) to members who have achieved level 99 in Magic, and the Magic master cape for 120,000 coins to members who have achieved true skill mastery by reaching virtual level 120 (equivalent to 104,273,167 experience) in Magic.
