Master cape of Accomplishment
A Master cape of Accomplishment (more commonly known as a master skillcape or 120 cape among players) is a cape that symbolises reaching level 120 in a skill, at 104,273,167 experience (80,618,654 experience for Elite skills). For most skills, this is a virtual level which does not come with an additional perk, instead inheriting the standard cape's perk. Seven capes (Archaeology, Dungeoneering, Farming, Herblore, Invention and Slayer master capes and the master quest cape) come with an additional perk in addition to inheriting the standard cape's perk. This is due to these six skills having a skill cap of 120 as opposed to 99. All master capes share the same stats as their 99 counterparts.
These Capes of Accomplishment cost 120,000 coins and are obtainable from the same sellers as the regular skillcapes, with the exception of the master quest cape which is sold by Curator Haig Halen rather than the Wise Old Man. The NPCs are located in locations related to their skills. These capes can only be bought and equipped on a members' server, but once equipped, they may be worn on free-to-play servers (minus the stat adjustments; cape emotes can also be performed). However, if the cape represents a member's skill and is keepsaked, it will not appear on free-to-play servers saying that the player no longer has the requirements to wear it.

Emote[edit | edit source]
Each cape comes with a special emote that can only be performed while wearing the master cape. The emotes are meant to represent the cape's respective skills. For skills where the level cap is 99, the cape's emote is shared with the standard Cape of Accomplishment, while for skills with a level cap of 120 the cape gets a new emote.[1]
