The Pet shop owner lives in the Pet Shop in Yanille, and previously walked her bulldog through Yanille every few minutes. She is mainly used for pets in the Summoning skill, but will also buy spirit shards from the player for 25 each.

If you lose a pet by some circumstance (death, etc.), you can talk to her to reclaim your lost pet.
