The lunar amulet is a piece of lunar equipment worn in the neck slot. The lunar amulet is given to players by Meteora, located on the south side of the Lunar Isle, during the Lunar Diplomacy quest if they can find her tiara by killing suqahs. The lunar amulet may also be bought from the Oneiromancer for 4,000 after a player has completed the quest.
