Amulet of power detail.png

An amulet of power is generally agreed to be the best amulet available to free-to-play players (except for the Dungeoneering reward necklaces such as the Farsight snap shot necklace), offering a uniform +15 damage bonus to the three combat classes as well as a +1 prayer bonus. Players wishing to focus solely on melee or magic bonuses will find that the amulet of strength and amulet of magic provide an additional +3 bonus to their respective stats, although they both lack the prayer bonus that the amulet of power provides. It is created by casting Enchant Level 4 Jewellery on a diamond amulet. As it has no requirements to wear, this amulet is very popular in free-to-play worlds. It is also an item that can be required for a Treasure Trail emote clue.

Davon in Brimhaven buys amulets of power. He used to offer prices higher than the market price at the Grand Exchange and used to offer even better prices if wearing any Karamja gloves, but this is no longer true.
