Salve amulet detail.png

The salve amulet raises the wearer's damage and accuracy in all combat styles by 15% while attacking undead monsters. It is a reward from the Haunted Mine quest. To make the salve amulet, a salve shard is mined from a crystal outcrop at the bottom level of the Abandoned Mine, and strung with a ball of wool (or the String Jewellery spell). If lost, the amulet is reobtained by making another.

The amulet is highly useful in locations with many undead, such as the Forinthry Dungeon or the Shadow Reef. Two or more salve amulets can be obtained by gathering multiple salve shards in the Abandoned Mine and crafting with them.

A salve amulet may be enchanted by completing the Lair of Tarn Razorlor miniquest. The boosts of an enchanted or regular salve amulet stacks with full slayer helmet, Void Knight equipment and the Undead Slayer perk.

After completion of the Haunted Mine quest and the Morytania Set Tasks- Hard, a shortcut to the crystal outcrop is available immediately south of the entrance (Cart tunnel, not the Stairs outside).
