Skogres are skeletal ogres who have invaded the dance site of Jiggig, south of Castle Wars. They have continued the dance that they did there in life during undeath and show no signs of stopping. They are encountered during the Zogre Flesh Eaters quest. Their name appears to be a portmanteau of "skeleton" and "ogre". They count as both skeletons and ogres for Slayer assignments.

An aggressive Skogre also has a chance to spawn next to the player when burying Zogre bones inside Jiggig.

Locations

[edit | edit source]

Strengths and weaknesses

[edit | edit source]

Skogres take heavily reduced damage from normal weapons (approximately 75% reduction). Like Zogres, they are weak to brutal arrows, taking full damage. They also take full damage from poison and Summoning familiars. Necromancy is very effective against Zogres.

Drops

[edit | edit source]

100% drops

[edit | edit source]

Tertiary

[edit | edit source]
  1. ^ Only dropped during the Rag and Bone Man wish list.
  2. ^ a b c Only dropped by version "Charm dropper".
  3. ^ a b Drop chance for Charm dropper version.
  4. ^ Only dropped if fewer than five ancient effigies are owned. The drop rate is decreased for every effigy owned, up to four effigies.

Charms - Dancing

[edit | edit source]

The dancing skogres are outside the dungeon. The drumming skogre does not drop charms, spirit gems, mimic kill tokens, or effigies.

The quantity of charms dropped can be affected by a number of boosts including Familiarisation triple charm drops, Fang of Mohegan, and seasonal events such as Winter Weekends.

Charms - Walking

[edit | edit source]

Walking skogres are inside the dungeon.

The quantity of charms dropped can be affected by a number of boosts including Familiarisation triple charm drops, Fang of Mohegan, and seasonal events such as Winter Weekends.
