The signed portrait of Sithik Ints is an item used in Zogre Flesh Eaters. During the quest, the player must take a Sithik portrait to the Bartender to be signed, in order to charge Sithik Ints with leading Brentle Vahn to his death. If players produce a bad Sithik portrait during their attempt, he will not sign it and the players will have to attempt to create the portrait again.
