The Skulls mercenary is a former member of The Skulls. He is located at the second watchtower on the Islands That Once Were Turtles. During the Ghosts from the Past miniquest, he can be spoken with where he tells the player about what had happened to him. It is revealed that he was turned into a skeleton by Cora many years ago. He states that the change was not immediate, and instead of dying, his consciousness remained while he slowly decomposed, unable to move or change his situation at all.
