The Customer is one of the many dwarves that live in Keldagrim, the capital of the Dwarven Realm. She is currently searching the shelves upstairs in the city's library.

She is very annoyed by even the smallest noise; when spoken to, she will do little more than scold the player for talking too loud and will point at a sign that is not actually there.

  • To go along with Birthright of the Dwarves, every dwarf in the game is now up to date with stunning new graphics. The graphics team have really outdone themselves, giving every dwarf in Gielinor a character all their own, as well as the tough, stocky frames they deserve.
