The Keldagrim library is a small, two-storey library found on the western side of Keldagrim, the dwarven capital city. It is located north of the Palace.

During The Giant Dwarf, players must find the book on costumes on one of the shelves in order to help Vermundi design a set of exquisite clothes.

Within the entire library, only one book can be read: a set of explorer's notes written by the famous dwarven explorer Nestor Peregrine. The book speaks of how he discovered the God Wars Dungeon.

Players can also learn from the librarian.

People[edit | edit source]

There are several NPCs within the library that can be spoken to by players:

Future expansion[edit | edit source]

Although the library currently serves little purpose, an issue of Postbag from the Hedge hints that it may be expanded in the future. In the postbag, Postie Pete states that the library is actually much larger and more important than it seems. He says that there is a secret area beneath it owned by the Consortium which can only be accessed by those they truly trust. It is the Ancient Keldagrim ruins. This place can be accessed during and after Birthright of the Dwarves the final instalment in The Rise of the Red Axe, the local quest series.
