The silvthril bar is an item used in the quest River of Blood. It is obtained from Ivandis's tomb. It is ground up in the bone grinder at the Ectofuntus to make silvthril dust.

It is not used to make the Ivandis flail, which is made with silver bars and mithril bars instead.
