The silvthril bar is an item used in River of Blood. It is obtained from Ivandis's tomb. It is ground up in the bonegrinder at the Ectofuntus to make Silvthril dust.

It is not used to make the Ivandis flail, which is made with silver bars and mithril bars instead.
