The Super Guthix balance is an item used in River of Blood. It's supposed to be a stronger version of the regular Guthix balance potion, but when used to alter the way the River Salve affects vampyres, it shows a 100% chance to turn them feral.

The recipe is obtained from reading the Scroll of Balance obtained from the tomb of Ivandis Seergaze.
