Well is located in the Paterdomus basement and surrounded by monuments dedicated to Seven Priestly Warriors. It connects to River Salve and is used in several quests. During Priest in Peril it is used by monks of Zamorak to pollute the river and weaken the barrier. Bucket of murky water is drawn from it and then blessed by Drezel to seal the vampyre coffin and rune essence is used to absorb the impurity from the river. During In Aid of the Myreque the well is used to turn silvthrill rod into Rod of ivandis. In River of Blood Super Guthix balance and then Extreme Guthix balance are used on the well to strengthen the barrier. In Azzanadra's Quest a silent bell is blessed using the well in order to help summon Saradomin.
