A necklace of gluttony is made by enchanting a topaz necklace with the Lvl-3 Enchant spell. While wearing it, food eaten will grant an additional 100 life points. It contains 20 charges, consuming 1 charge per bite of a food item, making it equivalent to a shark in total healing when you have at least 20 bites of food available, but occupies the neck slot.

It works similarly to expensive spices and have similar restrictions (does not boost healing of non-food items, like Saradomin brews). However, expensive spices do not need to be worn and have no limit on the number of uses. Their effects stack, adding up to 150 life points to a bite of food. The necklace of gluttony will lose charge even when eating a food item at full health.
