Orichalcite ore [or-ih-chal-kite] is an ore that can be obtained through mining orichalcite rocks, requiring level 60 Mining, in various places around RuneScape. As players increase their Mining level and use higher tier pickaxes, they are able to mine orichalcite at quicker rates.

Orichalcite is required to craft orikalkum bars along with drakolith.

Orichalcite, like other mining resources, can be stored in an ore box. 100 orichalcite can be stored in a orikalkum ore box or higher. This capacity be increased by 20 at level 66 Mining and a further 20 with the completion of the Everything Is Oresome achievement.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Despite this ore being spelt with a c (orichalcite), the related bar and equipment are always spelt with a k (orikalkum).
