Common gem rock

Common gem rocks are rocks containing gems. They are found in the Al Kharid mine and the Burthorpe mine. They can be mined by players with a Mining level of 1 or higher.

  • patch 15 November 2021 (Update):
    • Some copper and tin rocks in Burthorpe mine were replaced with common gem rocks.
  • hotfix 18 February 2019 (Update):
    • The hitpoints of lower-level gem rocks have been reduced in line with earlier fixes to Prifddinas gem rocks.

  • Prior to the Mining and Smithing rework, common gem rocks existed as generic gem rocks.
