The Lex imperatoria is an unreleased Zarosian artefact. It would have been acquired from the Kharid-et Dig Site as part of the Archaeology skill.

"Lex impetoria" translates to "Imperial law" in Latin/Infernal, meaning it was most likely meant to be a Zarosian law text.
