A 'Smoke Cloud' spell scroll (damaged) is a damaged Zarosian artefact which can be restored at an archaeologist's workbench after being excavated from the Culinarum debris excavation hotspot at the Kharid-et Dig Site with level 100 Archaeology.

Description While incomplete, we can tell this scroll would have caused a cloud of thick smoke to be conjured, though the smoke's effect is unknown.
