A Spear of Annihilation tip is a very rare artefact that can be excavated from Bandos's sanctum debris in Warforge with level 115 Archaeology. It can be restored to make a Spear of Annihilation with shaft, which is part of a step towards making the Spear of Annihilation.

The odds of finding a Spear of Annihilation tip are 1/50,000 every time a material is excavated.

The chance to get a Spear of Annihilation tip can be boosted by using a Material manual. Players should also use the Waterfiend familiar to have a chance to double the Spear of Annihilation.

Each tip is worth 66,932,979 coins based on the current market price of the Spear of Annihilation minus the materials required to create one. The player will have to make the Spear of Annihilation to trade, wear or sell the item.

100,000 Dungeoneering tokens and level 80 Dungeoneering are also required to purchase five chaotic spikes required to craft the spear. 93,000 tokens if the warped gorajan trailblazer outfit is owned because it gives 7% discount on rewards shops. The discount is now applied preemptively by reducing the total price before purchase. The outfit does not need to be worn.
