The shadow engrammeter (depleted) is a depleted version of the shadow engrammeter found by the player in the vault of Kharid-et Dig Site, after completing the vault's four puzzles, during The Vault of Shadows mystery. The engrammeter can be recharged using 500 Divination memories (vibrant or better), with enriched memories counting as double. The player must operate the charged engrammeter in the vault to get Trindine's memory.
After operating the charged engrammeter, the depleted version will reappear in the players inventory. After completing The Vault of Shadows mystery, the depleted engrammeter may be recharged again; however, doing so confers no apparent benefit.
Reclaiming the engrammeter from Dr Nabanik retains its charge. After the mystery has been solved, it can't be reclaimed despite its destroy message.
