A quintessence counter is an Armadylean artefact which is made by restoring the damaged variant at an archaeologist's workbench after the damaged variant is excavated from the Howl's workshop debris excavation hotspot at the Stormguard Citadel Dig Site with level 118 Archaeology.

Description Quintessence, according to some of Howl's notes found by our teams, was very hard to come by, hence the invention of this device to help track it down.
  1. ^ This is amount for trading in the artefact at the listed collectors. A part of the collections give an additional amount of chronotes upon completion. The amount in the parentheses is the amount obtained when donating to the museum donation bin, which will give only 40% of the amount one would get from a collector.
