A tsutsaroth piercing is a Zamorakian artefact which is made by restoring the damaged variant at an archaeologist's workbench after the damaged variant is excavated from the Hellfire forge excavation hotspot at the Infernal Source Dig Site with level 104 Archaeology.

Description	There is much speculation as to where this piercing may have been placed by the tsutsaroth that wore it. Perhaps it was a mark of rank or achievement?
