A Ceremonial dragonkin tablet (damaged) is a damaged artefact that can be excavated from the Orthen rubble excavation hotspot in the Orthen - Nodon hibernatorium excavation site on Anachronia, requiring the completion of the Desperate Measures quest to obtain. It can be restored at an archaeologist's workbench with level 90 Archaeology.

Only one of these can be owned at a time; attempting to excavate the remains with the artefact or after contributing the restored artefact causes the player to say "It looks like I've found everything in this spot already."
