TzHaar-Xil-Tog is a non-player character that can be spoken to to start the quest TokTz-Ket-Dill. It can be found guarding a cave along with two other TzHaar, TzHaar-Hur-Frok or TzHaar-Mej-Malk, both of which can also start the quest. It later appears in Azzanadra's Quest.
Around year 169 of the Fifth Age, Tog, along with Frok and Malk, were outside a tunnel system wondering what to do. A passing human adventurer asked them what was wrong, and the three told them that there were TzHaar-Hur trapped on the other side with a TokTz-Ket-Dill that was endangering the city. Tog could kill the beast, but the monster had already made the tunnel system unstable and they did not want to risk damaging more of the city trying to reach it. The adventurer offered their aid, which they accepted as they had no other choice. They successfully slew the beast, and Tog admitted that they had done a good job.
When TokHaar-Hok arrived at TzHaar City to convince the TzHaar to return to the lava as Ful had returned, Tog decided to return to the Kiln and become one with the lava.
