The Wen memory wisp is encountered during Azzanadra's Quest. Found in the Elder Halls in Freneskae, it must be harvested for 50 Wen memories in order to charge the blank observation.
Harvesting from the spring yields eight Divination experience whenever memories are obtained, regardless of the number of memories gained in that action.
