Kael Forshaw is a guard and fighter for the Sanguinesti order of The Myreque. He is encountered during the Legacy of Seergaze quest, along with Andiess Juip, and the two of them accompany you and Safalaan, the leader of the Sanguinesti division, on a field mission to the Laboratory to the north of the hideout. When the Vyrewatch disrupt the operation, however, Forshaw flees the scene following Juip's death at the hands of the Vyres. After this, Kael Forshaw can be found in the war-room of the Myreque Hideout in Meiyerditch, along with the rest of the surviving members.

He also features in The Branches of Darkmeyer along with other Myreque members.

Like the rest of the Myreque, he attends the raid on Castle Drakan during The Lord of Vampyrium, but is killed by one of Lowerniel Drakan's venator while trying to avenge Andiess.

During River of Blood, a hallucination of his head is seen on a bookshelf with him saying that he is not afraid anymore.

In the In Memory of the Myreque miniquest, a statue is built in his honour. It is revealed that he had a tendency to lose one of his shoes or the other.

- Flaygian Screwte was missing a few animations and Kael Forshaw had his mysteriously shaven chathead restored to beardy magnificence.

Trivia

With the release of RuneScape High Detail, Kael Forshaw was made to share a chathead model with Vertida Sefalatis, inadvertently causing Vertida to appear with a beard in the chatbox. Vertida's lack of a beard was fixed by removing the beard from the model that Vertida and Kael share, but this caused Kael to lose his beard instead. This was fixed in 2009, but only for the main variant of the NPC, leaving the variant seen in Meiyerditch Laboratories during Legacy of Seergaze with the beardless model, which was not fixed until 2015.
