Ghost bankers are found at the bank in Port Phasmatys. Players may use the bank even if they do not have a Ghostspeak amulet. However, they have to choose the "Use-quickly" option.

When they do this, a message will show: "The ghost banker wails incomprehensibly at you, but seems to understand that you wish to access your bank account. You can still quick-bank, but will have to to communicate via a series of hand gestures."

Otherwise, the ghost banker will only say: "Woooo wooo wooooo wooo."
